We undertake all the drawings required for your building project from a measured site survey to finalised construction drawings through getting planning permission and building regulation approval. We work closer with a number of specialist companies such as structural engineers, topographical surveyors, project managers, ecological and traffic consultants to provide those necessary.

We use a range of techniques to illustrate a design including sketches, dimensioned drawings and layouts, 3D floor plans, interior and exterior visualisation and computer generated images.

We have been involved in designing new houses, redesigning existing ones, adding extensions, converting attics, garages and barns; working on both modern and traditional buildings including listed buildings, traditional cob and flint construction, and agricultural buildings. 

Environmental issues are becoming ever more important and the increasing levels of guidance and legislation can be pretty complex. We can recommend sensible and proven green technologies that enhance and improve the living experience. Respecting the environment and neighbourhood in which the building is to be constructed, we are sensitive to the ecology of a site and we seek to minimise the impact of the building to create homes constructed in sympathy with the surrounding environment.
